Booking Policy

1. Making a booking

Choose a service, a companion, a date, time and duration. A booking is confirmed only after the partner accepts it and payment is completed.

2. Meeting places

Meetings must be in public, agreed places. Private residences are not allowed except for services where the Domestic Assistance or Elder Care terms expressly allow it and both sides agree in the booking.

3. Duration and changes

Bookings run for the booked duration. Changes to time or place need agreement through the platform.

4. Late arrival and no-show

If a party is more than the stated waiting time late, the booking may be treated as a no-show under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Ending a booking

Either party may end a booking if they feel unsafe or if the Code of Conduct is broken. Report it to us afterwards.
