1. Acceptance

By using Maitrivo you agree to these terms, our policies and our Code of Conduct. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or above and legally able to enter a contract.

3. What Maitrivo is

Maitrivo is a platform that lets customers find and book independent partners for companionship and lifestyle experiences. Maitrivo is not an employer, agent or medical, caregiving or other licensed service provider. Partners are independent individuals.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Give accurate information
• Treat partners with respect
• Meet only in agreed public places
• Pay through the platform
• Follow the Code of Conduct and Safety Guidelines

5. Partner responsibilities

• Complete verification honestly
• Offer only listed services
• Keep availability and profile accurate
• Maintain respectful, professional conduct
• Follow the Partner Agreement

6. Prohibited activities

Sexual or romantic services, harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, impersonation, taking payments outside the platform, sharing others' private information, and misuse of reviews are strictly prohibited and may lead to removal and reporting to authorities.

7. Bookings and payments

Bookings, payments, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Booking Policy, Payment Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

8. Platform rights

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, and may moderate content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Maitrivo is not liable for the acts of users or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.

10. Disputes and governing law

We encourage resolving disputes through our grievance process first. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at the jurisdiction stated by Maitrivo before launch will have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms and will post the new date on this page.
