We collect the data you give us and data created when you use the platform:

• Account details such as name, email address and mobile number
• Partner details such as date of birth, city, profile photo and verification documents
• Booking details such as service, date, time, location and payment status
• Messages, reviews and support requests
• Technical data such as device, browser and cookies

3. Why we use it

We use personal data to create and manage accounts, verify partners, process bookings and payments, provide support, keep the platform safe, prevent fraud, meet legal duties and improve our services.

We process your data on the basis of your consent or another lawful ground. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us, though some services may then become unavailable.

We share data only where needed: with the other party to a booking, with payment and technology providers who work for us under confidentiality terms, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Maitrivo is for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
