Partner Agreement

1. Independent status

Partners are independent individuals, not employees or agents of Maitrivo.

2. Eligibility and verification

Partners must be 18+, provide true information and pass verification. We may re-verify at any time.

3. Services

Partners offer only services listed on Maitrivo and must not offer sexual, romantic, medical or other regulated services.

4. Fees and payouts

Platform fees and payout terms will be displayed to partners before they accept any booking and may be updated with notice.

5. Conduct

Partners must follow the Code of Conduct, Community Guidelines and Safety Guidelines.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach. Partners may leave by written notice after completing accepted bookings.

7. Confidentiality and data

Partners must keep customer information confidential and use it only for the booking.
