Payment Policy

1. Online payments only

All bookings are paid through Maitrivo's payment gateway. Cash payments for bookings are not allowed.

2. Pricing

Rates are set by partners. The total, including any taxes and fees, is shown before you pay.

3. Security

Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Maitrivo.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

If you are charged wrongly, contact us with your booking ID and we will investigate under the Refund Policy.

5. Partner payouts

Eligible earnings are paid out after a completed booking, according to the schedule shown to partners.
